Almost nobody in this trade publishes prices, which is exactly why the question stops people calling. These are what we charge. If your job is not on the list we will tell you the number before we pick up a tool.

No charge to diagnose during normal hours. We would rather you called early than waited.
Standard hourly$95/hr
Billed to the quarter hour, from arrival. Not from when the van left.
After hours & weekends$140/hr
6pm to 7am, Sundays and holidays. Same rate at 2am as at 8pm.

Most sink, tub and main line clogs. Camera inspection included if it does not clear.

40 or 50 gallon, standard install, old unit hauled away.

Submersible, to 200 feet. Deeper settings and steel casing cost more; we will say so on the phone.
Nothing gets added after. If we find something we did not expect, the work stops and you get a new number to say yes or no to. A price that moves once you have already pulled the floor up is not a price.

We work out if it can wait
Half of after-hours calls end with us telling you how to shut the valve off and booking you for the morning at the normal rate. That call is free.
You get an arrival window
A two-hour window, and a text when the van leaves. If we are running late you hear it from us first.
A price before the work
We look, we tell you the number, you say yes or no. Nothing starts before that.
We clean up
Old parts gone, floor dry, and you get shown what was wrong and why.
